In the event that an item is out of stock you will normally be

Pricing
All prices on our site unless otherwise indicated, include vat at
the current rate and FREE UK delivery.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo. We will only
process payment on your card once the goods are ready for dispatch
from our warehouse.
Contract
All contract handsets are subject to a minimum 12 month contract,
this excludes only JustTalk and OVP Virgin phones. You have the
opportunity to cancel your contract within 14 days from the
connection date, the start date is normally the date of dispatch
from our warehouse, and the goods must be returned to us on or
before the 14th day from the start date. We would advise you that
all mobile phones should only be send via registered/recorded
delivery and insured for the full replacement cost. Delivery charges
when returning a 14 day cancellation to us are at the customers
expense.
Delivery
We use the Royal
Mail for all deliveries, Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Should you wish to have an item delivered by a certain time we have
couriers that can provide the service, there would however be a
charge for anything other than our normal next working day delivery.
All goods must be
delivered to the card holders/credit checked address; deliveries to
any other UK address are subject to faxed proof of ID and residency.
a)
It is the
customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered package prior to
signing for it. If the package is damaged or appears to have been
tampered with, opened or resealed in any way then the customer
should inspect the goods before signing the drivers manifest.
b) Any shortages not
mentioned on the invoice must be reported to TalkCentres within a
reasonable time in writing, via email or by telephone, the company
will not accept responsibility for any shortages unless the
described procedure has been adhered to.
Guarantee
We offer a 14 day
money back guarantee on all contractual mobile phones and related
accessories.

Returns
If you are returning anything to us for replacement or refund please
contact our sales team on 01252 400510 so that they can assist you
with your return.
It is the customers responsibility to return goods to the issuing branch as found on your receipt by registered or
recorded delivery, all products, accessories, documentation and
packaging must be returned. All replacements sent from the TalkCentres to the
customer will be sent by the above method.

Alternative Offers
Customers who
accept alternative offers from time to time are covered by the above
terms and conditions.
Warranty
All our products are first generation and have a minimum of 12
months manufacturers warranty, in some instances this warranty is
extended e.g. Orange Contract connections experience 36 months
warranty from the connection date, Our accessories have a lifetime
warranty.
Refunds
Customers who have returned faulty goods to us or have returned
their mobile phone within the 14 cancellation period, and have not
requested a replacement, can expect to have the refund credited back
by their original method of payment within 36 Hours.
Complaints/Disputes
Should you have any complaints concerning any product or service
we have provided to you, please contact our Internet Sales Manager
directly on 01252 400512 or email wayne.goddard@talkcentres.om,
and will be dealt with confidentially, quickly and fairly within 48
hours.
Finally
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties
while we are processing your order or delivery problems encountered
through dispute or inaccurate information.
